Welcome to TC's 3D's ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tcs3dprinting.co.uk and the purchase of products from our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
TC's 3D's is a UK sole trader specialising in the design, manufacture and sale of 3D printed products, including but not limited to:
Display models
Tool holders and workshop storage
Home storage solutions
Home décor
Wall art
Gate and house signs
Garden signs
Fidget toys
Articulated toys
Seasonal decorations, including Christmas characters
Other 3D printed accessories and gifts
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate.
As our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology:
Minor layer lines and surface texture are normal.
Small cosmetic imperfections may be present.
Colours may vary slightly between filament batches and screen displays.
Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
Images are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly represent the finished product.
These characteristics are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are manufactured after an order is placed.
Please allow the production time shown on the relevant product page before dispatch.
Larger or more complex orders may require additional production time.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
4. Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for using products only for their intended purpose.
Display Models & Decorative Products
Display models, decorative figures, wall art and similar products are intended for display and decorative use.
Unless specifically advertised as toys, these products are not intended for play.
Fidget Toys & Articulated Toys
Our fidget toys and articulated toys are designed for light recreational use.
They may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of choking.
Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
Tool Holders & Storage Products
Tool holders and storage accessories must be installed securely using suitable fixings appropriate for the mounting surface.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are:
Correctly installed.
Suitable for their intended application.
Not overloaded.
Regularly inspected for wear or damage.
TC's 3D's accepts no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation, misuse or overloading.
Signs
Gate signs, garden signs and house signs should be installed securely using appropriate fixings or adhesives.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their chosen location.
5. Heat & Environmental Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, products should not be exposed to prolonged periods of:
Direct sunlight
Excessive heat
Open flames
Harsh chemicals
Extended exposure may result in fading, warping, discolouration or reduced structural strength.
Damage caused by environmental exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect.
6. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may be changed at any time but will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, FREE UK delivery is included in the product price.
7. Orders
An order is accepted only once confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
Payment cannot be authorised.
Incorrect pricing has occurred.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Production is no longer possible.
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
8. Payment
Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch begins.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times shown are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Delivery providers.
Customs.
Severe weather.
Industrial action.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Personalised and custom-made products are generally exempt from cancellation rights unless faulty or not as described.
11. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs to help assess the issue.
Where goods are found to be faulty or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.
12. Product Care
Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with the product or published on our website.
Failure to follow these instructions may affect the lifespan of the product and may invalidate any voluntary warranty offered.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original designs, logos, branding, product photographs, product descriptions and website content remain the intellectual property of TC's 3D's.
No content may be copied, reproduced, sold or distributed without our prior written permission.
Where products are produced under a commercial licence from a third-party designer, ownership of the underlying design remains with the original designer.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product supplied.
We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from:
Incorrect installation.
Misuse.
Product modification.
Overloading.
Failure to follow care instructions.
Accidental damage.
Normal wear and tear.
Environmental exposure outside the product's intended use.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

At TC's 3D's, all of our products are designed and manufactured using high-quality 3D printing technology. To help you enjoy your purchase for as long as possible, please read and follow the care and safety guidance below.
1. General Product Information
Our products are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing).
As a result, you may notice:
Visible layer lines.
Minor surface imperfections.
Slight colour variations between filament batches.
Small dimensional tolerances.
These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
2. Intended Use
Please use every product only for its intended purpose.
Examples include:
Display models for display and collecting.
Tool holders for organising compatible tools.
Storage products for household or workshop organisation.
Signs and wall art for decorative display.
Fidget toys and articulated toys for light recreational use.
Using products outside their intended purpose may result in damage or injury.
3. Age Recommendations
Some products may contain small or detachable parts.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
Products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of choking.
Children should be supervised when using products intended for play.
Display models and decorative items are not intended to be used as toys unless clearly advertised as such.
Please retain packaging and safety information for future reference.
4. Installation (Signs, Tool Holders & Wall-Mounted Products)
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed safely and securely.
Always:
Use fixings suitable for the mounting surface.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for any screws, plugs or adhesives used.
Ensure the mounting surface is capable of supporting the product and its intended load.
Periodically check that products remain securely fixed.
TC's 3D's cannot accept responsibility for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect installation or the use of unsuitable fixings.
5. Weight Limits
Tool holders, organisers and storage products should only be used with compatible items.
Do not:
Overload products.
Hang from products.
Use products to support body weight.
Use products for purposes other than those intended.
Regularly inspect storage products for signs of damage or wear and discontinue use if damage is found.
6. Heat & Sunlight
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products should not be exposed to:
Prolonged direct sunlight.
Temperatures above approximately 50°C.
Radiators or heaters.
Open flames.
Hot vehicles during warm weather.
Excessive heat or prolonged UV exposure may cause:
Warping.
Softening.
Fading.
Discolouration.
Reduced structural strength.
Damage resulting from heat or environmental exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect.
7. Outdoor Use
Some products, such as gate signs and garden signs, are designed for outdoor use where stated.
However, prolonged exposure to harsh weather, strong UV light, frost or extreme temperatures may reduce the lifespan of any 3D printed product.
Where possible, products should be inspected regularly and cleaned as required.
Products that are not specifically advertised for outdoor use should be used indoors only.
8. Cleaning
To clean your product:
Use a soft dry cloth.
If necessary, use a slightly damp microfibre cloth.
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Do not use:
Acetone.
White spirit.
Solvents.
Bleach.
Abrasive cleaners.
Wire brushes.
Pressure washers.
These products may permanently damage the surface or weaken the material.
9. Handling
Although durable for their intended purpose, 3D printed products should be treated with care.
Avoid:
Dropping products.
Twisting or bending delicate components.
Excessive force.
Striking products against hard surfaces.
Damage caused by accidental impact or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.
10. Product Modifications
Customers modify products entirely at their own risk.
TC's 3D's cannot accept responsibility for products that have been:
Drilled.
Cut.
Sanded.
Painted.
Glued.
Heated.
Chemically treated.
Otherwise altered after purchase.
11. Wear & Maintenance
Please inspect products regularly, particularly:
Tool holders.
Storage products.
Wall-mounted items.
Outdoor signs.
If you notice cracks, distortion, loose fixings or excessive wear, discontinue use until the issue has been resolved or the product has been replaced.
12. Warranty & Liability
Damage caused by any of the following is not considered a manufacturing fault:
Incorrect installation.
Overloading.
Misuse.
Accidental damage.
Failure to follow this Product Care & Safety Policy.
Product modification.
Exposure to excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight.
Outdoor use where the product is intended for indoor use only.
Normal wear and tear.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
